Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on URL Shortener, operated by WebAsync Solutions, are final and non-refundable. Once a credit package or any paid service has been purchased, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Credit Purchases

When you purchase credits:

• Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment
• Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits remain in your account until used or account termination
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused credits

3. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. However:

• No refunds will be issued for any remaining credits in your account
• All unused credits will be forfeited upon account cancellation
• Your shortened URLs will become inactive after account termination
• Any data associated with your account may be permanently deleted

4. Service Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund of purchased credits or fees. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies without prior notice or compensation.

5. Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment processing error where you are charged but credits are not added to your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, either add the credits to your account or process a refund for the failed transaction only.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for the duplicate charge. Beyond 24 hours, duplicate purchases will not be refunded.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund of any previously purchased credits or fees.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may result in immediate suspension of your account. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue recovery of any credits used.

9. Exceptions

Refunds may be provided only in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Where required by applicable consumer protection laws
• Verified cases of unauthorized account access and fraudulent purchases
• Technical errors on our part that resulted in incorrect charges
